History of The Michael Trust

The Michael Trust - United Nations

What made us unique in the past is that we used to infiltrate new religious movements, closed spiritual or faith based groups and provided intelligence and were the only organisation that had real inside knowledge and experience; this is something we no longer do. You can find out more about our history here

The MT wants to bring people together from across the world to improve mutual respect between cultures and to support civil society working for a common future for tolerance and respect in matters relating to religion and belief with the emphasis on a persons right to health, quality of life and to ensure that the use of religion or belief is consistent with the Charter of the United Nations.

The Michael Trust Work 2016 - Present

Today the trust provides non biased information (OSINT, HUNINT, CYBINT) and advice to government agencies home and abroad. We also provide our services to select individuals and organisations. The Michael Trust has built up a contact network in many countries.

The MT concentration is mainly in the United Kingdom where there are currently around 500 estimated spiritual, faith-based groups or sects, closed communities mostly happily coexisting and living peacefully with the many other established religious groups, new religious movements and those with no spiritual faith within the UK.

The trust provides also Track II diplomacy and provides assistance when religious movements are under scrutiny by public media or government actors. The trust has built up good communicative relationships with a number of new religious movements and closed groups over the years and provides help and advice when asked. "A person should not be judged by their faith but instead what they do with their hands." MT.

We can supply speakers with experience in dealing with Cults and New Religious Movements and topics such as political Islam and radicalization with over 30 years experience. Some of the past cases can be found here - Past Cases
